うちゅうブルーイング　METATRON（#523）

DDH IPA。
ホップは、Cashmere、Strata、Galaxyを使用。
マンゴーなどのトロピカルフルーツ、桃のような風味。
他に、メロン、ベリーのような風味も少し。
それから、草っぽい感じも。
口当たりは、柔らかく、滑らか。
少し甘くジューシーな感じがありつつも、苦味は意外としっかり。
やや重めのボディ。
これは、とても美味しい。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

DDH IPA.
Hops are Cashmere, Strata, and Galaxy.
Flavors of mango, tropical fruits, and peaches.
Also some melon and berry-like flavors.
Then there is a grassiness.
The mouthfeel is soft and smooth.
A little sweet and juicy, but the bitterness is surprisingly strong.
Slightly heavy body.
This is very tasty.
