鬼伝説 鬼紅鶴IPA
ウォータリングホール10周年ビール。
トリプルIPA。
ホップは、シトラ、モザイク、シムコー、チヌークを使用。
グレープフルーツ、ライムなどの柑橘の風味が感じられ、フルーティー。
草っぽい感じや、ハーブのような風味も。
ほのかに甘い感じはするものの、苦味がしっかりとしていて後味はスッキリ。
ボディは、やや重め。
アルコール度数がかなり高いわりに、飲みやすい。
今風というよりは、クラシックな印象のビール。

Although there is a hint of sweetness, the bitterness is firm and the aftertaste is clean.
The body is slightly heavy.
Despite its high alcohol content, it is easy to drink.
This beer gives the impression of being a classic rather than a modern beer.
