忽布古丹醸造 無法地帯
Belgian Quadrupel。
原料に黒糖を使っているそう。
アルコール度数が12%もあるので、飲むのを躊躇していたら賞味期限を過ぎてしまった。
レーズン、洋梨、イチジクなどの風味があり、香ばしい感じも。
少し甘い感じがあって、酸味も少し。
ボディは重めで、かなり重厚なビール。
ただ、アルコール度数がかなり高い割には、意外と飲みやすい。
とても美味しいのだけど、口の中を刺激する感じがあるので、今回、栓を開けずにもっと寝かせてみても良かったかも。
長期熟成バージョンがあったら、飲んでみたいな。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

It has 12% alcohol content, so I hesitated to drink it and it passed the expiration date.
It has flavors of raisins, pears, figs, etc., and a savory taste.
There is a slight sweetness and a bit of acidity.
The body is heavy, quite a massive beer.
However, for a beer with a fairly high alcohol content, it is surprisingly easy to drink.
It’s very tasty, but it has a mouth-watering sensation, so I probably should have let it sit longer this time without opening the cork.
If there is a long-aged version, I would like to try it.
