Derailleur Brew Works 第三夫人カヴェンディッシュ
Triple Hazy IPA。
最近よく聞くCBDを使っているそう。
第一印象は、甘い。
最近飲んだビールの中では、かなり甘い部類に入ると思う。
グレープフルーツ、オレンジ、ミカンなどの柑橘の風味がやや目立つ。
それから、マンゴーなどのトロピカルフルーツのような風味も。
草っぽい風味も強く。
甘いのだけど、苦味がしっかりとしているせいか、意外と飲み飽きない。
ボディは、やや重め。
アルコール度数が10%もあるので、流石にアルコール感がちょっと目立つかな。
正直、第一印象はあまり良くなかったのだけど、飲んでいるうちに、だんだんと美味しくなってきた。

They use CBD, which I’ve heard a lot about lately.
My first impression is that it is sweet.
I think this is one of the sweetest beers I’ve had recently.
The citrus flavors of grapefruit, orange, and tangerine are somewhat prominent.
Then some tropical fruit flavors like mango.
There is also a strong grassy flavor.
It is sweet, but the bitterness is strong enough to keep you from getting tired of drinking it.
The body is slightly heavy.
The alcohol content is 10%, so the alcohol taste is a bit noticeable.
To be honest, my first impression was not so good, but as I drank it, it gradually became more and more delicious.
