クリームIPA。
グレープフルーツ、レモンのような風味。
柑橘の果皮みたいな風味があって、苦味しっかり。
少しハーブっぽい風味も感じられる。
ジューシーだけど、甘い感じはほとんどなく、スッキリとした後味。
口当たりは柔らかく、滑らか。
思ったよりもボディがしっかりとしていて、飲みごたえがある感じ。
冷えているうちはあまりピンとこなかったのだけど、温まってくるにしたがって、イイ感じになってきた。
ちなみにMATALEONって、格闘技の裸絞めのことらしい。
だから、ラベルのイラストで、首を締めているのね。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

It has a citrus peel-like flavor and a strong bitterness.
A little herbal.
Juicy but not too sweet, with a clean aftertaste.
The mouthfeel is soft and smooth.
The body is more robust than I expected, and it’s very drinkable.
I didn’t really like it when it was cold, but as it warmed up, it became more and more interesting.
