ホップは、カスケード、シムコー、ギャラクシーを使用。
グレープフルーツ、ライムのような風味が強い。
木材のようなスパイシーな風味も強め。
口当たりはとても柔らかく、ジューシー。
甘い感じはほとんど無く、ドライ。
それにしても苦い、苦すぎるほど、苦い。
渋い感じもあって、バランスが悪い感じがする。
苦味、渋味ともに、もう少し抑えた方が良かったのかも。
若干、喉がピリピリする感じもあって、それも気になってしまう。
美味しいビールなのだけど、いろいろともったいない感じがするなぁ。
