West Coast Brewing　FULL HOP ALCHEMIST V4 – THROWBACK SERIES

DDH Double IPA。
FULL HOP ALCHEMIST V4の復刻版という位置づけで、いいのかな。
メロン、洋梨、桃のような風味。
グレープフルーツなどの柑橘っぽい風味も少々。
ジューシーで、少し甘い感じのするビール。
口当たりは柔らかく、トロッとした感じ。
ボディは、やや重め。
口に入れた瞬間は、濃厚な風味が口の中に広がるのだけど、その風味はスッと引いていく。
そのおかげで、後味は意外とスッキリとした感じ。
アルコール感もあまり気にならないので、思ったよりも飲みやすい。
このビール、美味しいなぁ。

以下、なんちゃって英訳。
間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

DDH Double IPA.
Flavors like melon, pear, and peach.
Some citrusy flavors like grapefruit.
Juicy, slightly sweet beer.
The mouthfeel is soft and tart.
The body is a little heavy.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a rich flavor that spreads in your mouth, but the flavor recedes quickly.
Thanks to this, the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing.
The alcoholic sensation is not too much of an issue, so it is easier to drink than I expected.
This beer is delicious.
