West Coast Brewing　Full Hop Alchemist v34
Hazy Double IPA。
ホップは、El Dorado、Nelson Sauvin、Peacharine、Strata、Nelson Kiefを使用。
オレンジやグレープフルーツのような風味が、やや目立つ。
それから、トロピカルフルーツのような風味も。
フローラルな感じや、木材を思わせるスパイシーな風味も少々。
少し甘い感じがあり、ジューシー。
ボディは、やや重め。
苦味はしっかりとしていて、若干渋い感じがするかなぁ。
後味がスッキリしているので、飲み飽きない。
美味しいのだけど、あんまりピンとこないかなぁ。

アルコール度数8.5%　IBU?

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

Hops are El Dorado, Nelson Sauvin, Peacharine, Strata, and Nelson Kief.
The orange and grapefruit flavors are a bit pronounced.
Then there are tropical fruit flavors.
Some floral and a little spicy with a hint of wood.
A bit sweet and juicy.
Body is a bit heavy.
The bitterness is firm and slightly astringent.
The aftertaste is clean, so you will not get tired of drinking it.
It is tasty, but I don’t think it really hits the spot.
