ペールエール。
ホップはモザイクを使用。
オレンジ、グレープフルーツ、ライム、レモンなどの柑橘のような風味。
それから、トロピカルフルーツ、ハーブ、草っぽい風味も。
口当たりは柔らかく、ジューシー。
苦味はほどよく、ボディはミディアムくらいかな。
甘い感じはほとんど無く、後味は、ドライでスッキリ。
派手なビールではあるのだけど、飲み飽きないのがいいね。

The bitterness is moderate and the body is about medium.
The finish is dry and clean with little sweetness.
It’s a fancy beer, but I like that I never get tired of drinking it.
