Totopia Monkphilia
Double Dry Hopped Double IPA。
ホップは、Citra、Nectaron、Chinookを使用。
桃や、オレンジのような風味が強め。
それから、グレープフルーツ、マンゴーなどのトロピカルフルーツも。
草っぽい風味や、木材を思わせるスパイシーな風味も少々。
少し甘く、ジューシー。
口当たりは柔らかく、とても滑らか。
思ったよりも苦みがしっかりとしていて、ボディは、やや重め。
アルコール度数が高く、濃厚なビールではあるのだけど、意外とスルスル飲める。
とても美味しいのだけど、口の中がピリピリする感じがあるのが惜しい。
アルコール度数8% IBU?

The alcohol content is high, and although it is a rich beer, it is surprisingly easy to drink.
It is very tasty, but I regret that it has a tingling sensation in the mouth.
