ホップは、ギャラクシー、エルドラドを使用。
マンゴーなどのトロピカルフルーツ。
それから、桃、メロン、ベリー、グレープフルーツ、オレンジ、レモン、ライムなどの風味も。
草っぽい風味が、強め。
木材を連想させるスパイシーな風味も少し。
少し甘い感じがあり、ジューシー。
口当たりは柔らかく、滑らか。
若干、渋い感じ感じがするものの、とても美味しい。
ボディは、やや重めかな。
アルコール度数が高いけど、飲んでいて気にならない。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

DIPA.
Hops are Galaxy and El Dorado.
Tropical fruits such as mango.
Then peach, melon, berry, grapefruit, orange, lemon, and lime.
Grassy flavor, but stronger.
A bit of spicy flavor reminiscent of wood.
Slightly sweet and juicy.
Soft and smooth on the palate.
A little astringent, but very tasty.
The body is a bit heavy.
The alcohol content is high, but I don’t mind drinking it.
