Stone Sublimely Self-Righteous Black IPA
ブラックIPA。
ホップは、Chinook、Simcoe、Amarilloを使用。
麦の香ばしい風味が、しっかりと感じられる。
オレンジ、グレープフルーツといった柑橘の風味や、チョコレート、コーヒーのような風味。
それから、木材を思わせるスパイシーな風味も。
オレンジとチョコの風味が相まって、ちょっとオランジェットみたいな感じもする。
口当たりは、滑らか。
苦味はしっかりとしているのだけど、ほのかに甘い感じがする。
ブラックIPAって、そんなに好んで飲むわけではないのだけど、これは美味しいなぁ。
スペック：アルコール度数8.7% IBU90

The flavor of the barley is strong.
Citrus flavors of orange and grapefruit, chocolate, and coffee.
There are also spicy flavors reminiscent of wood.
The combination of the orange and chocolate flavors makes it a bit like an orangette.
The mouthfeel is smooth.
The bitterness is strong, but there is a hint of sweetness.
I’m not a fan of black IPAs, but this one is delicious.
