セゾン。
原料に、すだち、レモン、柚子を使用。
柑橘の爽やかな風味や、生姜、ハーブのようなスパイシーな風味が感じられる。
酸味は控えめ。
すだちの風味が、やや強いかなぁ。
柚子は、それほど主張しない。
苦味は控えめで、軽めのボディ。
とても爽やかなビール。
スッキリしているので、夏場に良いかも。
これは好き。

アルコール度数3.5%　IBU?

Saison.
The ingredients used are sudachi, lemon, and yuzu.
Fresh citrus, ginger, and herbal spicy flavors can be detected.
The acidity is moderate.
The sudachi flavor is a bit strong.
Yuzu is not so assertive.
The bitterness is moderate and the body is light.
It is a very refreshing beer.
It’s refreshing, so it’s good for summer.
I like it.
