ウエストコーストIPA。
ホップは、モザイクを使用。
白ブドウ、ライチなどのトロピカルフルーツの風味。
グレープフルーツなどの柑橘も少し。
なんとなくフルーツキャンディーを思わせる風味がするのよね。
とてもフルーティーで、かなり今風の作りのウエストコーストIPA。
苦味はほどよく、後味スッキリ。
ボディは、ミディアムくらいかなぁ。
華やかなビールだけど、意外と飲み飽きない。
これは、美味しいね。

West Coast IPA.
Hops are Mosaic.
Flavors of white grapes, lychee and other tropical fruits.
A little grapefruit and other citrus.
It has a flavor that reminds me of fruit candy somehow.
A very fruity and quite modernly made West Coast IPA.
The bitterness is moderate, with a clean aftertaste.
The body is about medium.
It’s a gorgeous beer, but surprisingly it’s not boring.
This is delicious.
