8 bit Brewing　Ludus Occult
DDH WEST COAST IPA。
ホップは、モザイク、ネルソン、コロンブス。
ベリー、グレープフルーツ、オレンジのような風味。
それから、白ブドウ、ライチなどのトロピカルフルーツも。
甘やかで、ジューシー。
苦味は控えめで、後味はスッキリ。
今風のウエストコーストIPAといった感じね。
とても美味しいけれど、スッキリしすぎていて、ちょっと物足りない感じも。

アルコール度数6.7%　IBU?

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

DDH WEST COAST IPA.
Hops: Mosaic, Nelson, and Columbus.
Flavors of berries, grapefruit, and orange.
Plus tropical fruits like white grapes and lychee.
Sweet and juicy.
The bitterness is mild, and the finish is crisp.
It feels like a modern West Coast IPA.
It’s very tasty, but it’s a bit too crisp, leaving me wanting a little more.
