IPA。
ホップは、モザイク、シムコー、チヌーク、コロンバスを使用。
グレープフルーツなどの柑橘が、やや強く。
ベリーなどの風味も。
瑞々しい感じがあり、フルーティー
若干、木材を思わせるスパイシーな風味も。
苦みはしっかりとしていて、ボディは、やや重めかなぁ。
IPAとしては、クラシックなつくり。
美味しいビールではあるのだけど、風味が物足りない印象。
アルコール度数6.5% IBU65

The bitterness is pronounced, and the body feels a bit on the heavier side.
It’s a classic IPA.
It’s a tasty beer, but the flavor profile feels a bit lacking.
