伊勢角屋麦酒 Sakekasu Hazy IPA ZAKU
日本酒「作」の酒粕を使ったIPA。
「ZAKU」は、今回、2回目の販売かな。
オレンジ、桃、トロピカルフルーツのような風味が感じられ、フローラルな感じも。
口当たりはとても滑らかで、ほのかに甘い。
また、後味が甘くて、しつこいといった感じもなく、とても飲みやすい。
日本酒っぽい感じが強いのかと思っていたのだけど、飲んでみると、ほのかに感じるかなぁといった程度。
それほど派手な感じはないけれど、飲み飽きない感じでイイ。
飲んでいて嫌なところはないし、とても美味しい。
このビールは、定期的に飲みたいな。
スペック：アルコール度数 6.5％、IBU 35

I think this is the second time ZAKU has been sold.
It has orange, peach, and tropical fruit flavors, as well as floral notes.
The mouthfeel is very smooth and slightly sweet.
It is also very easy to drink, with no sweet or sticky aftertaste.
I was expecting it to have a strong sake flavor, but in reality, it was more like a hint of sake.

There’s nothing to dislike about it, and it’s very tasty.
I would like to drink this beer on a regular basis.
