志賀高原ビール Harvest ESB
エクストラ・スペシャル・ビター。
ホップはセンテニアル、ウィラメットを使用。
フローラルな風味や、ハーブの様な風味、それからカラメルの様な風味を感じる。
麦のような香ばしい風味も。
瑞々しい感じがあり、なんとなく紅茶のような風味を感じるのは、気のせいか。
ほのかに甘味が感じられる。
苦味は控えめ。
穏やかな苦みが、ビールの味を上手くまとめている印象。
少し温度があがると、風味が増し、より魅力的な感じに。
派手さはないけれど、飲み飽きない感じで、イイ。
スペック：アルコール度数 6％、IBU 32

The hops are Centennial and Willamette.
Floral, herbaceous and caramelized flavors are present.
There’s also a savory, barley-like flavor.
There’s a freshness and a vaguely black tea-like flavor, which may have been my imagination.
It has a faintly sweet taste.
The bitterness is moderate.
The mild bitterness gives the impression of a good combination of flavors in the beer.
As the temperature rises a bit, the flavor increases and becomes more appealing.
It’s not flashy, but it’s nice, as if you never get tired of drinking it.
