Behemoth Music City Hazy IPA
Behemothさんは、ニュージーランドの醸造所。
飲むのは、おそらく初めて。
今回飲んだビールは、ヘイジーIPA。
ホップは、モザイクを使用。
柑橘、特にグレープフルーツやオレンジのような風味。
少しスパイシーというかハーブっぽい風味も感じられる。
甘い感じはあまりなく、苦みはしっかり。
美味しいけれど、口の中がピリピリする感じや、辛い感じがするのがなぁ。
スペック：アルコール度数 6.3％、IBU 40
以下、なんちゃって英訳。
間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

Behemoth is a brewery in New Zealand.
This is probably the first time I’ve had it.
The beer I had this time was a Hazy IPA.
The hops are from Mosaic.
Flavors of citrus, especially grapefruit and orange.
A little spicy or herbal flavor as well.
Not too sweet, but the bitterness is strong.
It’s good, but it has a tingling sensation in the mouth and a spicy feeling.
