エヴァっぽいラベルデザインが目を引く。
劇場版エヴァを見て、テンションが上っているところで開けてみた。
スタイルは、サワーエール。
浅草の木花之醸造所の白麹を使っているそう。
ホップはWaimea、Tettnanger、Callista、Mosaic、Nelson Sauvin、Hersbruckerを使用しているそう。
洋梨、ライム、グレープフルーツのような風味が感じられ、フルーティ。
フローラルな感じや、麦っぽい風味も感じられる。
それから、少し日本酒っぽい風味も。
サワーエールとのことなので、酸味が強いのかと思ったら意外と控えめ。
ボディはミディアム。
アルコール度数が高めだけど、飲んでいて気にならない。
後味はドライで、スッキリとしたビール。
温まってくると、木材のような風味やアルコール感が強くなる感じ。
風味豊かで、このビール好きだなぁ。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

It also has a slight sake flavor.
It’s a sour ale, so I thought it would have a strong sourness, but it’s surprisingly moderate.

The alcohol content is high, but it doesn’t bother me when I drink it.
The aftertaste is dry and refreshing.
As it warms up, the woody and alcoholic flavors become stronger.
It is very flavorful and I like this beer.
