West Coast IPA。
ホップは、モザイクを使用。
グレープフルーツ、ライムなどの柑橘の風味。
ベリー、トロピカルフルーツのような風味もあり、フルーティー。
木材を思わせるスパイシーな風味や、麦の芳ばしい風味も感じられる。
苦みはしっかりとしていて、やや重めのボディ。
どちらかというとクラシックな印象のIPA。
飲み飽きない感じで、美味しいね。

Hops are Mosaic.
Citrus flavors of grapefruit and lime.
Fruity with berry and tropical fruit flavors.
Spicy flavor reminiscent of wood, and aromatic flavor of wheat.
The bitterness is firm and slightly heavy bodied.
This IPA has a rather classic impression.
It’s delicious, and you won’t get tired of drinking it.
