忽布古丹醸造　IPA -HARVEST BREW 2021-

Harvest IPA。
生ホップ100%のビール。
さらに、WET HOPPINGという手法を使っているそう。
メロンのような瓜っぽい風味が、かなり強い。
グレープフルーツやトロピカルフルーツのような風味も感じられる。
瑞々しい感じが強く、飲んだ瞬間にハッとする。
口当たりは柔らかく、フルーティーで、ほのかに甘い感じも。
苦味はしっかりとしていて、ボディはやや重め。
これは、めちゃくちゃ旨いな。
個人的には、とても好み。

アルコール度数6%　IBU60
