志賀高原ビール　RIDE A WHITE SWAN

インペリアルIPA。
グレープフルーツなどの柑橘の風味が、やや目立つ。
それから、トロピカルフルーツや、ベリーのような甘い風味。
草っぽい感じや、木材を思わせるスパイシーな風味も感じられる。
麦の風味もしっかりと。
口当たりは柔らかく、滑らか。
苦味は、かなり強め。
飲んでいて、ほのかに甘い感じもする。
ボディはやや重め。
アルコール度数が高いけど、意外とスルッと飲めてしまう。

以下、なんちゃって英訳。
間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

Imperial IPA.
Citrus flavors, such as grapefruit, are somewhat noticeable.
Then tropical fruits and sweet berry-like flavors.
There is also a grassy, spicy flavor that reminds me of wood.
There is also a strong flavor of wheat.
The mouthfeel is soft and smooth.
Bitterness is quite strong.
There is also a hint of sweetness while drinking.
The body is slightly heavy.
The alcohol content is high, but it is surprisingly easy to drink.
