コニャックバレルエイジド・ウィートワイン。
コニャック樽で熟成したビール。
レーズン、ブドウのような風味が、やや強く。
ローストしたような風味、ナッツのような風味を、わずかに感じる。
ビターなチョコのような風味もなんとなく。
ほのかに甘い感じがありつつも、ドライでスッキリ。
トロっとした感じがあって、柔らかく滑らかな口当たり。
ボディは、重め。
アルコール度数の高さを考えると、飲みやすいと思う。
尖った感じもほとんど無く、十分完成しているように感じる。
あえてもう少し寝かせてみても、面白いかも。

A beer aged in cognac barrels.
The flavors of raisins and grapes are somewhat pronounced.
There are faint hints of roasted and nutty notes.
There’s also a faint hint of bitter chocolate.
It has a subtle sweetness, yet it’s dry and crisp.
It has a slightly viscous texture and a soft, smooth mouthfeel.
The body is on the heavier side.
Considering its high alcohol content, I find it quite easy to drink.
It has almost no harshness and feels fully developed.
It might be interesting to let it age a little longer, just to see what happens.
