ペールエール。
名前のとおり、生ホップを使ったビール。
ホップはカスケード、センテニアル、ウィラメットを使用。
ミカンなどの和柑橘、グレープフルーツのような風味。
なんとなくお茶のような風味も感じられる。
瑞々しい感じがあり、フルーティー。
ボディは、ミディアムくらいかな。
ほのかに甘やかな感じがあるものの、苦味はしっかりと。
ドライでスッキリとしているので、飲み飽きない。
これは、美味しいね。
