志賀高原ビール Fake Pils
ラガー酵母を使わず、ブリティッシュエールイーストを使っているそう。
麦の風味がしっかりと。
それから、柑橘、リンゴ、洋梨のような風味が感じられ、フルーティー。
フローラルな感じもあり、華やかな印象のビール。
ほのかに酸味が感じられ、なんとなくセゾンっぽい感じもする。
ボディは、ミディアムかなぁ。
思ったよりも飲みごたえがある感じ。
飲み飽きない感じで、とてもいい。
少し涼しくなってきた頃に、改めて飲んでみたいな。
