ストロングセゾン。
ビールの名前のとおり、ハバネロを使用。
酒米の美山錦、ホップは信州早生を使用。
柑橘の風味や、ピーマンのような野菜の風味がフワリと香る。
ハバネロのツンっとくる独特の風味も。
フルーティーなビール。
ほのかな甘みが感じられ、苦味はほどよく。
ほどよいハバネロの辛さが、ビールの味を引き締めている感じ。
アルコール度数が高いけど、気にならずに飲める。
ボディはやや重めくらいかなぁ。
