アンバーエール。
ホップは、Barbe Rouge。
シナモン、ナツメグ、クローブ、カルダモンを使用。
飲んでみると、麦の風味、シナモンなどのスパイス、ハーブの風味がしっかりと。
ストロベリーのような風味も感じられる。
ほのかに甘い感じはするものの、スッキリとしたビール。
窒素詰めなので、口当たりはとても柔らかく、滑らか。
ボディは、ミディアム。
スパイス、ハーブの風味がほどよく、とてもバランスが良い感じ。
これは美味しいね。

Spice and herbal flavors are moderate and very well balanced.
