京都醸造 有終甘美
ベルジャントリペル。
ホップは、Polaris、Strisselspalt、Hallertau Blancを使用。
トロピカルフルーツや桃の風味。
フローラルな感じも少し。
みかんの皮を使っているそうで、ほんのり柑橘の風味も。
アルコール度数が高いのは、飲んでて分かるけど、意外とスルッと飲めてしまう。
ボディは、やや重め。香りが良い。
ほのかに酸味。
甘い感じがするものの、酸味のおかげか後味はスッキリ。
やっぱりトリペルは、好きだなあ。

The high alcohol content is apparent while drinking, but it is surprisingly easy to drink.
The body is a little heavy. Good aroma.
Slightly acidic.
Although it has a sweet taste, the aftertaste is refreshing thanks to the acidity.
I really like Tripel.
