京都醸造　先祖返り

ウエストコーストIPA。 
ホップは、Ahtanum、Ahtanum Cryo、Simcoe、Simcoe Cryoを使用。
グレープフルーツ、ライム、レモンのような柑橘の風味。
ベリーや瓜を思わせる風味も感じられ、フルーティ。
それから、木材を思わせるスパイシーな風味が強く。
それにしても飲んでいて、瑞々しい感じがするのは何でだろう。
苦味はしっかりとしていて、やや重めのボディ。
クラシックな感じのするIPAだけど、とても美味しい。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

West Coast IPA.

Citrus flavors like grapefruit, lime, and lemon.
It is also fruity with hints of berries and melon.
There is also a strong spicy flavor reminiscent of wood.
I don’t know why it feels so fresh when I drink it.
The bitterness is strong and the body is a little heavy.
It’s a classic IPA, but very tasty.
