ヨロッコビール Flor de Jamaica（2025）
Hibiscus Saison。
ヨロッコビールの夏の定番。
今年は、ハイビスカス、塩、柚子を使用。
穏やかな和柑橘の風味、それから、レモン、ライムも。
フローラルな感じも少々。
口に含むと、ほのかに塩気を感じる。
酸味は、控えめな印象。
ボディは、やや軽め。
飲んでいて、旨味を感じるのはなんでだろう。
Flor de Jamaica、年々完成度が上がって、どんどん美味しくなっているように思う。
来年も楽しみね。

Mild Japanese citrus flavor, then lemon and lime.
A bit of floral.
In the mouth, a hint of saltiness.
The acidity is moderate.
The body is slightly light.
Why is it that it tastes so good when you drink it?
Flor de Jamaica seems to be getting better and better every year.
