ホップはシトラを使用。
グレープフルーツ、ライムなどの柑橘の風味が、やや強く。
桃やリンゴのような風味も感じられる。
それから、麦の香ばしい風味や、スパイシーな風味や、スモーキーな風味も少し。
アメリカンIPAというよりは、なんとなくベルジャンIPAのような感じ。
苦味はしっかりと。
ボディは、ミディアムよりは少し重めかな。
思ったよりも個性的なIPAで、なんだか面白いビールだった。
アルコール度数5% IBU

Hops are Citra.
Citrus flavors of grapefruit, lime, and other citrus fruits are slightly stronger.
Peach and apple flavors are also present.
Then there are some savory, spicy, and smoky flavors of barley.
More like a Belgian IPA than an American IPA.
Bitterness is firm.
Body is a little heavier than medium.
It’s a more unique IPA than I expected, and it’s kind of an interesting beer.
