Inkhorn　Java Finch
West Coast IPAでいいのかな。
ホップは、Galaxy、Citra Cryo、Idaho 7など使用。
オレンジ、ミカン、グレープフルーツ、ライムのような柑橘の風味。
フルーティーで、甘やかな感じがほのかにありつつも、苦味は強め。
木材を思わせるスパイシーな感じや、草っぽい感じも。
少しフローラル。
飲んでいて、なんとなく瑞々しい感じがする。
ボディは、ミディアムくらいかな。
後味はスッキリとしていて、アルコール度数高めのわりに飲みやすい。
これは美味しいな〜。

Citrus flavors like orange, tangerine, grapefruit, and lime.
Fruity, with a hint of sweetness, but with a strong bitterness.
Some spicy and grassy notes reminiscent of wood.
Slightly floral.
It feels somewhat fresh while drinking.
The body is about medium.
The aftertaste is clean and easy to drink despite the high alcohol content.
This is delicious.
