Inkhorn　KAMOME
ウエストコーストIPA。
ホップは、シトラ、モザイクなど使用。
グレープフルーツなどの柑橘、ベリー、トロピカルフルーツのような風味。
木材を思わせるスパイシーな風味も。
甘やかな感じがあり、ジューシー。
口当たりは、柔らかく。
炭酸が抑えめなのは、好印象。
ボディは、ミディアムよりは少し重い感じかなぁ。
今風のウエストコーストIPAといった感じで、なかなか美味しい。

アルコール度数7.5%　IBU?

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

West Coast IPA.
Hops used include Citra and Mosaic.
Flavors of grapefruit and other citrus fruits, berries, and tropical fruits.
Some spicy flavors reminiscent of wood.
Sweet and juicy.
Mouthfeel is soft.
The low carbonation is a nice touch.
Body is a little heavier than medium.
It is like a modern West Coast IPA, and quite delicious.
