NE Black IPA。
ホップは、モザイク、アマリロ、モザイククライオ、シトラクライオを使用。
麦の香ばしい風味がしっかりと。
グレープフルーツなどの柑橘っぽい風味も、やや目立つ。
温度が上がってくるにつれ、トロピカルフルーツを思わせる甘い風味が強くなる。
フローラルな感じも少々。
少し甘い感じがあり、ジューシー。
口当たりは滑らか。
ボディは、やや重め。
黒いNEは味の想像がつかなかったのだけど、美味しいなぁ。

I couldn’t imagine the taste of the black NE, but it’s delicious.
