伊勢角屋麦酒 DDH Citra Hazy IPA
ヘイジーIPAとのこと。
ホップはシトラのみで、通常の2倍量を使用しているそう。
グレープフルーツ、ライム、レモンのような風味が強い。
木材のようなスパイシーな風味も感じられる。
少し甘い感じがあり、ジューシー。
口当たりは、とても柔らかく、滑らか。
ボディはミディアムといったところかなぁ。
柑橘の風味が心地よく、とても美味しいビール。
是非、また飲みたいな。
