DDH WEST COAST IPA。
ホップは、Mosaic、Riwaka、Cryo Columbus、Cryo Mosaic。
白ブドウのような風味や、なんとなく高級な緑茶を思わせる風味。
グレープフルーツなどの柑橘の風味も。
草っぽい風味が、少々。
ほとんど甘い感じはなく、ドライでスッキリ。
ボディは、やや重めかなぁ。
雑味が少なく、今風のIPAといった印象。
とても美味しい。
アルコール度数6.5% IBU?

Hops: Mosaic, Riwaka, Cryo Columbus, Cryo Mosaic.
Flavors reminiscent of white grapes and, in a way, high-quality green tea.
Citrus notes, such as grapefruit, are also present.
There’s a slight grassy note.
It’s hardly sweet at all—dry and crisp.
The body is perhaps a bit on the heavy side.
It has very few off-flavors and gives the impression of a modern-style IPA.
It’s very delicious.
