Apple IPA。
プラムリーというリンゴを使ったビール。
ホップは、カスケードなど使用。
リンゴっぽい風味や、グレープフルーツ、レモン。
桃、ベリーのような風味も感じられる。
甘い感じはほとんど無く、ドライでスッキリ。
酸味が思ったよりも、しっかりと。
口当たりが柔らかく、滑らか。
ボディは、ミディアムよりは少し重めかなぁ。
アルコール度数のわりに、飲みごたえがある感じ。

The body is perhaps a bit heavier than medium.
It feels substantial for its alcohol content.
