Embolden Beer Shogun Winter in Hokkaido
抹茶スタウト。
京都産の抹茶を使ったスタウト。
思ったよりも抹茶の風味が主張する。
シナモンや、きな粉のような風味が感じられる。
その他、コーヒーやココア、チョコのような風味も感じられる。
少し甘い感じや、シナモン、抹茶の風味が相まって、八ツ橋などの和菓子みたいな風味が感じられる。
ボディは、やや軽めかなぁ。
アルコール度数ほどよく、スルスル飲めてしまう。
面白いビールだと思うので、個人的にオススメ。
アルコール度数5.5% IBU?

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。
Matcha Stout.
A stout made with matcha from Kyoto.
The matcha flavor is more pronounced than I expected.
I can detect notes of cinnamon and kinako (roasted soybean flour).
I also pick up flavors reminiscent of coffee, cocoa, and chocolate.
The slight sweetness, combined with the cinnamon and matcha flavors, gives it a taste similar to traditional Japanese sweets like yatsuhashi.
The body is a bit on the lighter side.
It’s not as strong as the alcohol percentage suggests, so it goes down very smoothly.
I think it’s an interesting beer, so I personally recommend it.
