伊勢角屋麦酒　Dignity
オーク樽で熟成させたアイスボック。
数年前にクラウドファンディングで、寄付を募集していたビールね。
すぐに飲まず、家の冷蔵庫で寝かせておいた。
色味は深い赤。
とても綺麗な色をしていて、見た目だけですでに美味しそう。
ドライイチジクや、レーズンなどのドライフルーツのような風味。
それから、バニラ、ダークチョコレートを思わせる風味も、感じられる。
後味には、木材を思わせるスパイシーな風味。
若干、高級な醤油っぽい風味や、メロンなどの瓜っぽい風味がするかなぁ。
甘やかな感じはありつつも、後味はドライ。
苦みは、しっかりとしていて、ボディは重め。
美味しいビールではあるのだけど、流石に一気に330mlは飲めなかった。
シズラーで蓋をしたので、後でまた飲む。

アルコール度数17%　IBU?

以下、なんちゃって英訳。
間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

This is the beer that was crowdfunded a few years back, seeking donations.
I didn’t drink it right away; I let it rest in my home refrigerator.
The color is a deep red.
It has a very beautiful hue, looking delicious even just by its appearance.
Flavors reminiscent of dried fruits like dried figs and raisins.
Then, you can also sense flavors reminiscent of vanilla and dark chocolate.
The finish has a spicy note reminiscent of wood.
There’s a hint of a premium soy sauce-like flavor and perhaps a melon-like, gourd-like note.
It has a sweetness, yet the finish is dry.
The bitterness is pronounced, and the body is quite heavy.
It’s a delicious beer, but honestly, I couldn’t finish the whole 330ml in one go.
I sealed it with a Sizzler cap, so I’ll drink the rest later.
