West Coast IPA。
ホップは、Magnum、Columbus、Chinook、Strataを使用。
原料に、伊予柑を使用。
伊予柑、ポンカンのような瑞々しい和柑橘の風味。
ベリーのような風味もほのかに。
フローラルな感じや、独特のスパイシーな風味も少々。
少し甘い感じがあり、フルーティー。
苦みは控えめで、ボディも軽め。
後味はスッキリとしていて、飲み飽きない。
West Coast IPAと言うものの、ペールエール寄りな感じ。
派手なビールではないけれど、美味しいね。
