セゾン。
スモモを使ったセゾン。
桃、ベリーのような風味。
グレープフルーツ、ライムなどの柑橘っぽい風味も少々。
セゾン独特のスパイシーな風味も感じられる。
穏やかな酸味が、感じられる。
基本ドライで、スッキリとしたビール。
今年のPLUMBON SAISON、例年より出来がとても良い気がする。

This year’s PLUMBON SAISON seems to be turning out much better than usual.
