志賀高原ビール　House IPA
インペリアルIPA。
何度となく飲んでいるHouse IPA。
大好きなビールの１つで、定期的に飲んでいるのだけど、飲む度に味が違う気がするのよね。
時々、レシピを変えているのかなぁ。
今回は、オレンジのような柑橘の風味が強め。
木材を思わせるスパイシーな感じが、少々。
苦味はほどよく、ボディは、やや重めくらいかなぁ。
炭酸抑えめで、口当たりは滑らか。
後味に、ほのかに甘い感じがする。
スッキリとした感じで、アルコール度数が高いわりに飲みやすく、とても美味しい。

アルコール度数8%　IBU?

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

Imperial IPA.
I’ve had House IPA many times.
It’s one of my favorite beers and I drink it regularly, but it seems to taste different every time I drink it.
I wonder if they change the recipe from time to time.
This time, it has more of a citrus flavor, like orange.
A little spicy, reminiscent of wood.
The bitterness is moderate, and the body is a bit heavy.
The mouthfeel is smooth with low carbonation.
The aftertaste is slightly sweet.
It is refreshing, easy to drink despite its high alcohol content, and very tasty.
