American WIPA。
ちょっとクラシックな感じがするIPA。
ホップは、Simcoe、Mosaic、Ekuanot Cryo、Idaho7 Cryoを使用。
桃やトロピカルフルーツのような風味が感じられ、オレンジなどの風味も。
それから、木材を思わせるスパイシーな風味や、草っぽい感じも。
ボディはやや重め。
少し甘い感じはあるものの、後味は意外とスッキリ。
アルコール度数が10％もあるわりに、飲みやすい。
IBUも高いのだけど、甘みがあるせいか、そこまで苦い感じはない。
とても美味しいなぁ。

It has flavors of peaches, tropical fruits, and oranges.
Then there are spicy flavors reminiscent of wood and a grassy feel.
The body is a little heavy.
It is a little sweet, but the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing.
It is easy to drink even though the alcohol content is 10%.
The IBU is high, but the sweetness keeps it from being too bitter.
Very tasty.
