West Coast Brewing　HOP FREAK

TDH HAZY DOUBLE IPA。
ホップは、Mosaic CRYO、Talus CRYO、Sabro CRYOを使用。
グレープフルーツ、レモンのような風味がやや目立つ。
ハーブっぽい独特な風味が強く、草っぽい感じも。
それから、トロピカルフルーツ、白ぶどう、ベリーのような風味も少々。
ごくわずかに酸味があるような感じもするかなぁ。
少し甘い感じがあり、ジューシー。
口当たりは、柔らかく滑らか。
飲んでいて、清涼感や冷涼感を感じる。
ボディはやや重めで、若干、アルコール感が目立つかな。
思ったよりも後味がサッパリしていて飲みやすい。

アルコール度数8.5%　IBU?

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

Hops used are Mosaic CRYO, Talus CRYO, and Sabro CRYO.
Grapefruit and lemon flavors are somewhat prominent.
It has a strong herbaceous and grassy flavor.
Then some tropical fruit, white grape, and berry-like flavors.
There is also a very slight sourness.
It’s a little sweet and juicy.
The mouthfeel is soft and smooth.
When drinking, it feels cool and refreshing.
The body is a little heavy, and the alcohol is a little more prominent.
The aftertaste is crisper than I expected and easy to drink.
