Trillium Double Dry Hopped Mettle
ダブルIPA。
ホップはAmarillo、Citra、Columbusを使用。
グレープフルーツ、オレンジ、トロピカルフルーツ、桃などの風味。
木材を思わせるスパイシーな風味も少々。
少し甘い感じがあり、ジューシー。
苦味がしっかりとしているせいか、後味は思ったよりもドライ。
かなり濃厚なビールで、ボディは重め。
とても美味しいのだけど、若干口の中がピリピリするのが気になる。
アルコール度数8.5% IBU?

Flavors of grapefruit, orange, tropical fruit, and peach.
A bit of spicy flavor reminiscent of wood.
Slightly sweet and juicy.
The aftertaste is drier than expected, probably due to the strong bitterness.
Quite a rich beer, heavy in body.
Very tasty, but a slight tingling in the mouth bothers me.
