TDM 1874 湘南ゴールド Hazy Pale
Hazy Pale Ale。
湘南ゴールドを使ったビール。
グレープフルーツ、和柑橘も少し。
甘やかな感じはありつつも、ドライでスッキリ。
やや重めのボディ。
口当たりは、柔らかく。
苦味ほどよく、なんとなく柑橘のワタを思わせる苦味。
湘南ゴールドが、主張するのかと思ったら、そうでもなかった。
良いビールではある。

Hazy Pale Ale.
A beer made with Shonan Gold.
It has notes of grapefruit and a hint of Japanese citrus.
It has a sweet character but is dry and crisp.
It has a slightly full-bodied texture.
The mouthfeel is smooth.
The bitterness is well-balanced, with a hint of the pith found in citrus fruits.
I expected the Shonan Gold to be more prominent, but it wasn’t.
It’s a good beer.
