Dark Strong Ale。
ナッツ、キャラメル、コーヒーのような香ばしい風味。
それから、洋梨、レーズンのような風味も。
口当たりは、とても柔らかく、トロッとした感じがあって滑らか。
少し甘い感じがのするビール。
ボディは、やや重め。
アルコール度数が高いわりに、飲みやすい。
風味豊かで、美味しいね。

ところで、ビールの名前の「Mallory」って、登山家のマロリーのことなのね。
多分、登頂に成功したのだろうなと思っているのだけど、実際はどうだったのだろうか。

The body is a bit heavy.
Despite its high alcohol content, it is easy to drink.
Full-flavored and delicious.
