IPA。
ホップは、モザイククライオを使用。
グレープフルーツ、ライムのような風味。
温度が上がってくると、桃やトロピカルフルーツのような風味も感じられるように。
草っぽい風味。
口当たりは、滑らか。
ミディアムボディ。
甘やかな感じがあるものの、苦味もしっかり。
最近アルコール度数が高いビールが多いので、これくらいの度数だとホッとする。
それにしても、美味しいビールだったなぁ。

スペック：アルコール度数6.7％　IBU？

以下、なんちゃって英訳。
間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

Mosaic cryo hops are used.
Grapefruit and lime flavors.
As the temperature rises, flavors like peach and tropical fruits can be detected.
Grassy flavor.
Smooth on the palate.
Medium bodied.
It has a sweetness to it, but also a strong bitterness.
There are many beers with high alcohol content these days, so I was relieved to find this level of alcohol content.
Still, it was a delicious beer.
