ホップは、シムコー、フルースタイルリワカ、フリースタイルネルソンを使用。
白ブドウ、グレープフルーツ、ライムのような風味。
木材を思わせるスパイシーな風味や、草っぽい感じも。
ほのかに甘い感じがあり、ジューシー。
苦みはしっかりとしていて、渋い感じがする。
やや重めのボディ。
口当たりは、柔らかく。
濃厚で、とても美味しいのだけど、若干ピリピリする感じがあるのが、残念。
アルコール度数8.2% IBU?

Hops are Simcoe, Full Style Riwaka, and Freestyle Nelson.
Flavors of white grape, grapefruit, and lime.
Some spicy flavors reminiscent of wood and grassiness.
Juicy with a hint of sweetness.
Bitterness is firm and astringent.
Slightly heavy body.
Soft on the palate.
It is rich and very tasty, but there is a slight tingling sensation, which is unfortunate.
